Fifth week

The first phase of the training programme is going to end. As usual we reached the school by 9.20 am and signed the registers. The teachers were not present in the school. They are in the strike with some issues with the management. So it is hard to manage the whole students. We, the training teachers and some teachers from Lp school was there to manafe them. We were unable to take the classes because all of tge students are mixed and thd class become very noisy. 

  In the next day also the same routine continues and our lessons plans were not completed. So we requested our college principal to take necessary actions for this condition. The HM of the school also suggested to change the school. Somehow we take a few more lesson plans and gave them notes. 

The very next day HM suggests us to shuffle the students and bring them to the school theatre. They become very happy to go to the theatre. In the theatre they played lessons from their textbook. So they were not happy and some of them fall into asleep. After that I and Krishnaprasad played some music and they were very active. In the afternoon the same thing continues.

    Reflecting on the fifth week, nothing happens special and we can't teach our lesson plans properly. Classes were pending but somehow we adjusted and gave them notes for their examination. In this week we came to know about the working of a management system and how to control the students.
